Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
• Entrepreneur: Multi Tastes.
• Agreement: any agreement concluded between the Consumer and the Entrepreneur via the website.
• Right of Withdrawal: the Consumer’s right to cancel the Agreement within 14 days.
• Cooling-off Period: the period during which the Consumer can exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the website of Multi Tastes.

By placing an order, the Consumer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 4 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, including ingredients, weight, and images. However:

• Minor deviations may occur
• Product images are indicative
• Packaging information always prevails

Multi Tastes is not liable for errors in product descriptions or pricing.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The Agreement is concluded when:

• The Consumer places an order, and
• Payment has been successfully processed

Multi Tastes reserves the right to:

• Refuse orders
• Request additional information
• Cancel orders in case of fraud suspicion or incorrect data

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.

The Cooling-off Period starts on the day the product is received.

To exercise this right, the Consumer must notify us via email: info@multitastes.com

Returned products must:

• Be unused (as reasonably possible)
• Be in original packaging
• Be returned within 14 days after notification

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

• Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
• We may withhold refund until products are received

The Consumer is responsible for any loss in value due to improper handling.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:

• Perishable goods (food, fresh, chilled or frozen products)
• Products with a limited shelf life
• Opened or hygienic products
• Sealed products once opened
• Custom or personalized products

Article 9 – Prices

• All prices are inclusive of VAT
• Prices may change at any time
• Obvious pricing errors do not bind Multi Tastes

In case of an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the Consumer must notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, and in any case within 48 hours of receipt.

Due to the nature of perishable goods (such as food products), complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

The Consumer may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue.

If the complaint is justified, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.

• Delivery time: up to 14 days unless stated otherwise
• Delivery is made to the address provided by the Consumer

If delivery is delayed or impossible:

• The Consumer will be informed
• The Consumer has the right to cancel the order

Risk transfers to the Consumer upon delivery.

Article 12 – Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout via the available payment methods.

If payment fails or is reversed:

• We reserve the right to cancel the order

Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via: info@multitastes.com

• We respond within 14 days
• We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly

Article 14 – Liability

Multi Tastes is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Errors caused by third parties (e.g. delivery services)
• Delays beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Article 15 – Force Majeure

Multi Tastes is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Transport issues
• Supplier failures
• Government measures
• Technical disruptions

Article 16 – Disputes and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) does not apply.
